We sell exclusively in the Lynchburg area, and there are several ways to find our vegetables and bread. Check out our calendar on the events page to see exactly where we will be on a given day!
The historic Lynchburg Community Market in downtown Lynchburg runs Saturdays year-round from 7 AM to 2 PM. We are there every Saturday from March to December, and a handful of January and February dates.
Forest Farmer’s Market is just down the road from the farm behind the Forest library, and you can find us here on Saturday mornings 8 to 12 from mid April to the end of October. We also attend most monthly winter markets, which are held at the Forest Recreational Center.
Community Supported Agriculture (CSA)
The best way to feed your family and support our farm is by joining our CSA program. As a member, you receive a weekly share of seasonal vegetables, with optional add-ons of bread and products like chicken and eggs from other local producers. This runs from roughly May through October, exact dates change each year.
If you prefer ordering online, you can get our products and products from many other local producers every other week through the Restoration Acres Farm Buying Club. Pickup is on alternating Wednesdays, either in Forest or in the Rivermont area of Lynchburg.
Great Day Gardens
We now have a weekly farm market open every Wednesday from 3 to 6 PM! This is located in the bakery building at 2145 Thomas Jefferson Rd in Forest. Conveniently coinciding with CSA and Buying Club pickup, we have the following for sale at the Market:
- Bread and Pastries
- Seasonal Vegetables
- Live Herbs and Vegetable Starts
- Chicken, Pork, and Eggs from Restoration Acres Farm
- Chicken, Pork, and Eggs from Idlewild Farm
