Fresh, Raw Jalapeno hot sauce

This is a recipe that I made up last week. You might have to tweak quanities to fit your personal preference!

 

  • 4 jalapenos
  • 1 lemon squash
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ¼ c water
  • Splash of white vinegar

Wash and destem jalapenos and squash, then chop coarsely. Put all ingredients (including jalapeno seeds!) in a food processor and pulse until smooth, adding more water or vinegar to get desired consistency. Serve as a hot sauce or salsa. Store in the fridge.
